Title:
WASTE DISINTEGRATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002355575
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a waste disintegrator which makes the downsizing of a waste drying machine possible and an improvement in treatment efficiency in pyrolysis and subsequent processes possible because the wastes fed into the waste drying machine can be uniformly and finely disintegrated and the moisture content of the disintegrated refuse can be drastically lowered.

Two revolving shafts 11 and 12 revolve in a direction shown by an arrow, thereby, revolving gears 12 are intermeshed between the revolving shafts 11 and 11 and the wastes D are sheared and disintegrated and the dropped downward, but the long-sized wastes DL eventually pass between the revolving shafts 11 and 11 without being completely disintegrated and therefore the discharged and disintegrated wastes D' are conveyed by a conveyor 15 into a uniaxial disintegrating machine 20 and is scrapped in by the stationary teeth 22 planted many on the outer periphery of a revolving shaft 21. The wastes are held between the teeth described above and stationary teeth 22 fixed to the bottom and are redisintegrated so that only the wastes having sizes passable through the mesh of a screen 26 are dropped.
