Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely and surely treating incineration ash, sludge or the like. SOLUTION: The bottom part (21) of a protective layer (20) is formed in a molding flask (10). A partition frame is placed on the part (21). Concrete constituting the layer (20) is cast into the outside of the partition frame. The kneaded material of waste and concrete is packed inside the partition frame. Such an intermediate layer (40) is formed by removing the partition frame that the concrete constituting the layer (20) is mixed with the concrete contained in the kneaded material. The layer (20) on the outside and the kneaded material on the inside are integrated with each other by the layer (40).
