Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery and utilization system of an off-set web press which can reduce a maintenance cost while keeping an operation rate.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery and utilization system 1 of an off-set web press 2 equipped with a printer 11 along a transportation direction of a web W, a drying/deodorizing device 13 and a cooling device 15, comprises, per one set of the off-set web press 2: a deodorization apparatus 4 and an exhaust gas/hot water heat exchanger 6 on a flow channel of hot blast supplied from the drying/deodorizing device 13; and a refrigerator 8 which manufactures cold water by use of hot water obtained by heat exchange in the exhaust gas/hot water heat exchanger 6 as a heat source. The exhaust gas/hot water heat exchanger 6 is a concurrent type heat exchanger made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy which is provided on the flow channel of the hot blast in a detachable state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
