PURPOSE: To save energy required to generate cold heat which is used in a manufacturing process by utilizing flammable wastes generated in the manufacturing process.
CONSTITUTION: This conversion device comprises a conversion device 1 which burns flammable wastes discharged from and collected in a product manufacturing process, a generated heat-collecting device 2, which collects heat generated when the flammable wastes are burnt, a cold heat generation device 3, which generates cold heat by using the collected heat, and a cold heat conveying device 4, which conveys the generated heat to a manufacturing process 5. This construction makes it possible to burn the flammable wastes discharged from and collected in the product manufacturing process, and use the cold heat in the manufacturing process, and hence thereby industrial wastes can be treated and energy required for the product manufacturing process may be saved.
