Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a waste incineration method which prevents fire-caused destruction of incombustibles, such as metal pieces accompanied by wastes and the softening of flying ashes and provides a high energy collection efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: Wastes 27 are preliminarily introduced into a thermal cracking furnace 1 where the air ratio ranges from 0.2 to 0.7 and the thermal cracking temperature ranges from 400 to 700°C. The thermal cracking gas 26 thus obtained is introduced into a trailing and circulation type fluidized-bed incinerator 11 where the wastes are burnt at the temperature ranging from 800 to 950°C.
