Title:
MEASURING DEVICE FOR IRON CONTENT IN SOLUBLE OIL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3126529
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a measuring device for iron content in soluble oil capable of measuring iron content in soluble oil such as cold rolling oil with high reliability and realizing at low cost.
CONSTITUTION: In soluble oil piping 1, 5 path for supplying equipments using soluble oil, a vessel 3 capable of filling soluble oil and a valve 4 for filling soluble oil in the vessel are provided and the soluble oil is filled in the vessel 3 by opening and closing the valve 4. Near the vessel 3, a plate 8 having a magnet 10 and a detector 9 detecting the bend 12 of the plate are arranged. The vessel and plate are held by a support 7. The support 7 is made freely movable with a moving mechanism 11, and by positioning the magnet 10 to the vessel 3, the magnet 10 is made effective to the vessel 3. To calculate the iron content based on the drawing force of the magnet 10 to iron content in the soluble oil in the vessel 3, a computer 6 is provided.
