Abstract:
To safely and efficiently load a waste material of light weight shape steel or the like in a transporting container.
A cutter roller 16 for cutting and compressing a waste material is replaceably mounted on a main frame 11 which can be removably mounted in a waste material transporting container 1. The cutter roller 16 is driven to rotate by an electric motor 19 provided in the main frame 11, and the waste material supplied through a guide device 20 is compressed and cut, so that cutting pieces left alone can be dropped in the transporting container 1.
