PURPOSE: To provide an incinerator, capable of incinerating easily even when a small amount of medical wastes should be incinerated and discharging clean exhaust gas.

CONSTITUTION: An wastes incinerator is provided with a primary combustion furnace 3, into which medical wastes are thrown to burn them under sealed condition, a secondary combustion furnace 5, communication with the primary combustion furnace 3 and provided for burning the medical wastes sent from the primary combustion furnace 3 perfectly, a centrifugal separator 8, guiding hot air stream from the secondary combustion furnace 5 to remove solids in the hot air stream by the speed of air, a cooling water tank for reserving cooling water for cooling the hot air stream from the centrifugal separator 8, and an air sucking device 10, sucking the air stream from the cooling water tank and discharging it out of an exhaust tube 12.
