Abstract:
To effectively utilize a waste plastic oil and a waste edible oil.
A waste oil recycling system comprises treating waste plastics in a small size oil formation plant 1 to produce waste plastic oil, and adding to the oil a liquid such as an alcohol, water, a the like, causing a low-pollution, in a mixing equipment to produce a diesel fuel for a boat, an automobile, or the like, and otherwise, comprises treating the waste edible oil in an electric field to make a cluster small, and mixing the resultant product with the alcohol, water, or the like to produce a diesel vehicle fuel having low-pollution properties.
