Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily keep stable ozone decomposing characteristics by a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A catalyst tower 2 wherein a temp. holding member 7 having a heater 7a is provided to the outer surface of a frame 2a is provided and packed with a waste ozone decomposing catalyst 1 and a temp. sensor 8 measuring the waste ozone decomposing catalyst 1 is arranged in the catalyst tower 2. The temp. sensor 8 is connected to a control apparatus 3 and the heater 7a is controlled by the control apparatus 3. The waste ozone decomposing catalyst 1 is heated to the range of operation temp. +100°C at every definite operation time to be restored at every definite operation time.
