Abstract:
To provide a waste plastic treating device which can easily and safely treat the pyrolysis gas generated by thermally decomposing a waste plastic.
This waste plastic treating device is provided with a pyrolysis device 3 which generates the pyrolysis gas by thermally decomposing the waste plastic, combustion equipment 5 which generates a combustion gas by burning the pyrolysis gas, and a cooling device 6 which cools the combustion gas. The combustion equipment 5 burns the pyrolysis gas at a temperature of about 1,200°C. The cooling device 6 cools the combustion gas to a temperature of about 100°C. Preferably, a gas accelerating device 4 is provided for forcibly feeding the pyrolysis gas to the combustion equipment 5.
