CONSTITUTION: In a waste storage discharge device provided with a waste storage vessel in which a screw type blade is arranged along the inner wall of a rotary drum as well as a cylindrical rotary drum is rotatably supported around an approximately horizontal shaft, and a multi-phase chamber 3 arranged aside on the waste discharge part side of the rotary drum, a waste transport pipe 7 arranged in the tangential direction is connected to the lower part of the multi-phase chamber 3 through an elbow pipe 72, and on the other hand, a stirring plate 31, which rotates along the inside face of the multi-phase chamber 3, is provided.
