A ring-shape sponge seal member 32 is disposed between a pulley 26 and the bottle main body on the outside of the shaft hole 31 to prevent the leakage of toner from the shaft hole 31. The outer surface is determined depending on a model even when the bottle is molded by blow-molding, therefore, a pressing force of a seal member can be properly maintained and, as the result, the sealing property is improved.
