To provide a waste vessel sorting/recovering device in which a representation so as to heighten the people's will to participate in sorting work is adopted in use with amusing felling in order to effectively utilize the device and which is convenient in maintenance as well as use/handling of the device.

A waste vessel sorting/recovering device is provided with a waste vessel toss-in port 4, which is provided in front of a main body case 1, sorting/ transferring passages 10 (11 to 17), which are arranged in the main body case 1, and a plurality of recovering boxes 41 to 43, which are provided in the lower part of and within the main body case 1 in such a manner that they can freely be taken in or out. In the device, the waste vessel which was tossed in through the toss-in port 4 is automatically sorted into a bottle, a steel can, and an aluminum can, while it rolls/moves due to its empty weight in the sorting/transferring passage 10, so as to be stored in recovering boxes 41 to 43 corresponding to the types, respectively. In addition, the sorting/transferring passage 10 is formed into a pail-like shape out of a netty traveling part 20 and restricting plates 21, 21, which are provided on both sides of the traveling part 20. On the other hand, at least the front side of the main body case 1 is covered with a net 3, so that the sorting/transferring passage 10 can be seen with the eye from the outside.
