Waste water processing facilities comprise: a means for forming the floc by a coagulation reaction by adding an inorganic coagulant to raw water; a floating and separating means for obtaining treatment water by sticking air bubbles to the floc and floating and separating the floc; and a delivery means for delivering the floc toward the floating and separating means side. A mixing box MB for mixing the polymer coagulant for promoting the scum formation of the floc with the floc is interposed between the delivery means and the floating and separating means. In addition, a multi-core nozzle for dispersing and injecting the polymer coagulant for promoting the scum formation of the floc is interposed directly in front of the suction side or directly behind the discharge side of a second pump P2.
