To provide a downsized wastewater treatment device capable of efficiently performing biogasification of a waste liquid of garbage crushing treatment.
The wastewater treatment device comprises an anaerobic fermentation tank 3 for receiving the precipitate separated in a solid-liquid separation tank 2 to perform biogasification, and has an advection part for advecting the precipitate from the solid-liquid separation tank 2 to the anaerobic fermentation tank 3. A throttling member is provided to the advection part to make it possible to prevent the reverse flow of a solid component from the tank 3 to the tank 2 by filling up the interval between the tanks 2 and 3 with the precipitate. A precipitate advection mechanism which advects the precipitate to the tank 3 and enables return of excessive liquid phase of the tank 3 to the tank 2 through the throttling member is provided to the tank 3. Further, a biogas abstracting path for abstracting a generated biogas outside is provided to the tank 3.
