Abstract:
To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus capable of efficiently regenerating an adsorbent.SOLUTION: A wastewater treatment apparatus that comprises a plurality of wastewater treatment tanks 2 for treating dirty components of wastewater with an adsorbent, separate regeneration tanks 5 for withdrawing and activating the adsorbent, and a scrubber tank 6 for purifying exhaust gas from the regeneration tank 5, in order to make it possible to reuse the adsorbent activated in regeneration tank 5. The apparatus can be so constituted that the adsorbent is added to the scrubber tank 6, and a regeneration tank 5 is provided for the scrubber tank so that part of the adsorbent is withdrawn therefrom and regenerated. An intermediate tank 3 that stores wastewater may be installed below the wastewater treatment tank 2. The intermediate tank 3 or/and wastewater treatment tank 2 or/and scrubber tank 6 may be accompanied by an electrolysis mechanism 4. The adsorbent may be made to flow in the wastewater treatment tank 2. A sand filtration tank 7 may be arranged in a preceding stage of the wastewater treatment tank 2. The oil adsorption mechanism 13 may be arranged in a preceding stage of the wastewater treatment tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
