Abstract:
To provide a composite material having mar resistance, cleanability, anti-fogging performance, and good appearance and, simultaneously, each of anti-fogging performance to retard the time to fog the coated surface, stainproofness hard to be stained, and moisture condensation proofness free of drops of water.
A member which has high mar resistance and cleanability, and good alkali-resistant performance, acid resistance, anti-fogging performance, external appearance and the like can be produced by rendering the ratio of a zirconyl chelate in a zirconium compound or the composition ratio of zirconia to a vinyl alcohol-containing water absorbing organic polymer an optimum ratio.
