Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve water-absorptive property and a reduce the thickness of a tape by providing a layer of a water-absorptive powder so as to hold microgaps between an adhesive and the water-absorptive powder on a base tape with an adhesive at least on one of its faces.
CONSTITUTION: At least one face of a base tape 1 is coated with an adhesive 3 with an m.p. or a pour point which is not higher than the b.p. of water and, after a water-absorptive powder wherein water is absorbed in advance is adhered to this adhesive 3 at 100°C or lower, water is released by heating at 100°C or higher to form microgaps 4 between the adhesive 3 and the water- absorptive powder 2.
