Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic free from the slimy feeling of the skin coated with the cosmetic, imparting the skin with excellent moisture retention and having excellent storage stability.
SOLUTION: The water-based cosmetic contains an oil-and-fat dispersed in an aqueous medium with an emulsifier. The content of solid fat in the oil- and-fat is ≥50 wt.% and <70 wt.% and the solid fat contains 40-80 wt.% amphiphatic lipid having one or more hydroxy groups and amide groups in one molecule.
