Abstract:
To provide a water-based ink composition for writing utensils, hardly causing bleeding of handwriting, having sustainability of perfume, and capable of allowing perfumery to be stably dispersed and maintained in an aqueous medium.
This water-based ink composition for the writing utensils is characterized in that the ink composition contains not only a fatty acid ester of a polyglycerol, but also a coloring matter, the perfumery and water.
