Abstract:
The present invention provides the following invention: a coating composition containing a hydroxyl-group-containing resin (a), barium sulfate (b) having an average particle size of 0.01-2.0 μm, a color pigment (c), a polyisocyanate compound (d) having a viscosity at 25°C of 150-800 mPa・s, and a silane coupling agent (e), wherein the water-based coating composition contains 1-50 parts by mass of barium sulfate (b), 1-100 parts by mass of color pigment (c), 10-150 parts by mass of polyisocyanate compound (d), and 0.1-10 parts by mass of silane coupling agent (e) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total solids content of the hydroxyl-group-containing resin (a).
