Abstract:
To provide an aqueous pigment dispersion which is excellent in storage stability, and is used in aqueous ink and thereby can obtain a printed article having excellent adhesion and scratch resistance to a non-water-absorbing printing medium and high printing density, and a method for producing the aqueous pigment dispersion.SOLUTION: There are provided an aqueous pigment dispersion where a pigment is dispersed in an aqueous medium with a polymer dispersion agent, in which the polymer dispersion agent contains a (meth)acrylic resin A and a (meth)acrylic resin B having acid groups, a glass transition temperature of the resin A is 80°C or higher and 140°C or lower, a glass transition temperature of the resin B is -50°C or higher and 40°C or lower, and at least the resin A and the resin B are crosslinked by a crosslinking agent C through their acid groups; and a method for producing the aqueous pigment dispersion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
