Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the composition containing a water-based urethane resin crosslinked in a particle and a water-dispersible prepolymer at a specific ratio and having excellent BHM, fire resistance, chemical resistance, yellowing resistance, curability, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition contains (A) a water-based urethane resin crosslinked in a particle such as a water-based urethane resin obtained by imparting a urethane prepolymer containing carboxyl group and glycidyl group with hydrophilicity, reacting with a chain extender and reacting the carboxyl group with the glycidyl group of the obtained water-based varnish and (B) a water-dispersible prepolymer, e.g. a prepolymer produced by reacting a diisocyanate with water or trimethylolpropane and adding polyethylene glycol to the resultant prepolymer having ≥2 isocyanate groups in the molecule. The weight ratio of A/B is 99/1 to 50/50 in terms of solid component.
