PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water channel repair structure that secures smooth water flow, is good in external appearance and constructed at low cost.
SOLUTION: The water channel repair structure 1 consists of a repaired surface 13 in which at least submerged depressions 11A and 12A of a bottom surface 11 and a wall surface 12 of an existing water channel 10 are filled up with a repair material, a plurality of panels 21 made of resin concrete covering the repaired surface 13, and an adhesive layer 14 provided between these panels 21 and the repaired surface 13. In this construction, the surface of existing water channel 10 is covered with smooth resin concrete to improve the coarseness of the channel 10 surfaces, secure smooth water flow, and improve the external appearance of the channel surface compared with the case of forming a coat film on the channel surfaces. Work can be done within a shorter period of time and at a lower cost than constructing a new water channel, as the work is executed without touching the existing water channel 10.
