To provide a water dispersion material containing titanium oxide, in which the dispersion property and stability with time are improved, and to provide a peel apart type color diffusion transfer film unit in which stain, light resistance and physical property of films are improved.
The water dispersion contains titanium oxide having 1 to 45 nm average primary particle size, polyanionic compounds and/or condensed phosphates, and polyhydric alcohol. The color diffusion transfer photographic film unit has an image- receiving element successively prepared by laminating a layer having neutralization function, an image-receiving layer and a peeling layer on a supporting body, a photosensitive element having at least one silver halide emulsion layer, combined with at least one kind of dye image forming compound on a support body having a light shielding layer, and an alkali processing composition to be spread between the image- receiving element and the photosensitive element. After exposure, the alkali processing composition is spread between the elements, and then the image-receiving element is separated from the photosensitive element to obtain an image. In the unit, the image-receiving element has a layer containing titanium oxide formed by applying a coating material, containing the water dispersion.
