To provide a water distributing reservoir operation controller which can operate a water distributing reservoir safely and efficiently while automatically correcting the operation plan of the water distributing reservoir.
This controller 1 inputs a water reception amount plan value and a water distribution plan value set by a water reception amount plan value setting means 2 and a water distribution amount plant value setting means 3 to a water distribution amount correcting means 4 together with a water reception amount actual value, a water level, and a water distribution amount actual result value obtained from a water reception side flowmeter 14, the water distributing reservoir 15, and a water distribution side flowmeter 17. Here, the water distribution amount correcting means 4 corrects the water distribution amount plan value according to the water reception amount plan value, water reception amount actual result value, water level, and water distribution amount actual result value by using a neural network to calculate a water distribution amount target value. This calculated water distribution amount target value is inputted to a water distribution amount control means 5 and the water distribution amount from the water distributing reservoir 15 by a water distributing pump 16 is so controlled that the water distribution amount actual result value obtained from the water distribution side flowmeter 17 follows up the water distribution amount target value.
