Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent influence due to disturbance such as the partial water level vibration of a water surface or the partial change of the water level and to make control appropriate by arranging a water level estimating device for checking whether a measured value is included within a fixed changing width or not, accumulating the measured value and estimating the water level on the basis of the accumulated value. CONSTITUTION:A water level is measured, the measured value is transmitted to the water level estimating device 5 through a signal line 6 and a forecasting value of the water level is calculated by the device 5. The obtained forecasting value is transmitted to a gate control device 7 through the signal line 6 and the device 7 calculates a gate controlled variable corresponding to the obtained water level forecasting value and transmits a gate control output signal to a gate estimating device 8 through a signal line 9. The device 8 drives a gate opening/closing motor to open/close the gate and control the water level at a fixed value.
