Abstract:
PURPOSE:To speedily converge a water level to a target water level while suppressing its overshoot by performing PI (P: proportional, I: integral) control operation while varying the values of a proportional gain and an integral time continuously or intermittently according to the water level deviation of the detected water level of a liquid reservoir part from the target water level. CONSTITUTION:When the water level deviation en of the detected water level PVn from the target water level SVn is large, the proportional gain Kp and integral time TI are decreased so that ¦integral term¦ > ¦proportional term¦. When the water level deviation en is small or decreases, on the other hand, the proportional gain Kp and integral time Tr are increased so that ¦integral term¦ <¦proportional term¦ and DELTAPV converges to 0; and the PI control arithmetic is performed by using those Kp and TI to find an operation output variation quantity DELTAMVn, and then a last operation output MVn-1 is added to the DELTAMVn to find an operation output MVn, which is used to control the opening extent of a valve 2. Consequently, while the overshoot is suppressed, the operation frequency of the valve is decreased to attain speedy conversion to the target water level.
