Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a water level controller which ensures its high accuracy and high responsiveness by controlling a gate after calculating a gate controlled variable based on a membership function that can be freely changed and a control rule. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 8 contains a means 8-1 which calculates the difference between the present water level and a target water level based on the water level data read out of a water level indicator 1 and a means 8-2 which calculates the changing rate of the water level. Then the CPU 8 collates the water level and its changing rate with a membership function. Then the membership function of the controlled discharging rate is synthesized based on the inference of a control rule and the centroid of an area S is calculated by a means 8-3 for calculation of the discharging rate to be controlled this time. Then a gate opening amount calculating means 8-4 calculates a gate opening amount and gives a command to a dam gate controller 7. In such a constitution, the water level is controlled with high accuracy and high responsiveness.
