Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration from being caused owing to the circulation of liquid running shorter than normal between a liquid storage part and a liquid processing part in the device which circulates the liquid such as water to be consumed between the liquid storage part and liquid processing part. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a detection part 172 which detects the water level of liquid in the liquid storage part, a comparator 124 which compares the photodetection signal S3 of the detection part 172 with a reference signal VREF regarding a previously set threshold water level Lth, and a microcomputer 125 which decides from the output of the comparator 124. Then when the water level of the liquid in the liquid storage part reaches the threshold water level Lth, the microcomputer 125 stops the operation of the liquid processing part.
