Abstract:
PURPOSE:To downsize/simplify a water level detector to detect cleaning water level in a cleaning tank for a dish washer. CONSTITUTION:A float 31 which is guided by a guide bar 28 and is capable of floating on the water and a reed switch 29 to detect this float are arranged in a case communicating with a cleaning tank so as to detect the cleaning water surface 36 to determine the start of a cleaning process. Furthermore, an electrode 34 is arranged in a higher position than the reed switch 29 so as to detect the abnormal water surface 37. The inclined surfaces 27 are formed in the case 21, and water supplied from above is scattered toward its sides, so that the electrode 34, the guide bar 28, the float 31, and so on can be cleaned automatically.
