Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately detect a water level, by floating a float on a solvent to move the same by air pressure. CONSTITUTION:The water 31 entering an inner tank 17 also enters an air trap 23 and, when the water level in said trap 23 rises, the air pressure in the air trap 23 rises and the pressure in the hollow part 29 of a float 28 rises. The float 28 is held on the lower side under its own wt. but pushed up corresponding to the pressure of the hollow part 29. Then, a permanent magnet 31' approaches the lead switch 32 provided to the upper part of a hermetically closed container 26 to operate the same. Whereupon, the supply of water is stopped by the operation of a water supply solenoid valve 20 and a definite amount of the water 31 can be supplied to the inner tank 17. When a definite amount of the water 31 enters said tank 17, a washing pump 33 is driven to perform washing for a definite time and subsequently stopped and, after the water is discharged by a drain pump 36, the valve 20 is opened. The switch mounted to the outside of the container 26 is turned ON and OFF by the movement of the float 28. When the seal liquid agent 27 in the container 26 is constituted of one having low freezing temp. and low in the reduction of evaporation quantity, this apparatus can be used at low temp. over a long period of time.
