Abstract:
To perform real-time tracking for an alteration or a change in a reference height without reconstructing a water level prediction model every time the reference height is altered or changed when predicting a water level of a river, a pond or the like by using machine learning.SOLUTION: In the present disclosure, a water level prediction model is constructed by using water level data for training when a reference height is set to a prescribed reference height. Test water level data when the reference height is altered to an alteration reference height is corrected to the test water level data when the reference height is set to the prescribed reference height and input to the water level prediction model (holding or using a nonlinear function). Prediction water level data when the reference height is set to the prescribed reference height is re-corrected to the prediction water level data when the reference height is altered to the alteration reference height, and is output from the water level prediction model (holding or using the nonlinear function).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
