Title:
HOT/COLD WATER MIXING CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02306318
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent hunting phenomenon and to supply a stable mixed hot water temperature by switching the driving quantity of a mixing valve driving means by means of a size or a period from the peak value to the peak value of a temperature deviation. CONSTITUTION:The temperature deviation of a mixed hot water temperature detection means 15 and a setting means 17 is detected in a temperature deviation detection means 28. When hunting occurs, the temperature deviation detection means 28 outputs a temperature deviation signal, and a peak value detection means 29 detects the peak value of the mixed hot water temperature and transmits the signal to a comparison means 30. It obtains a temperature difference between the peak value of the mixed hot water temperature which the peak value detection means 29 detects with the peak value of the mixed hot water temperature which is detected last time, and transmits the signal to a main control means 26 when the temperature difference is larger than the previously set value. The main control means 26 outputs the signal to a second driving quantity setting means 27-2 which decreases a gain, and drives a coil 23 being the mixing valve driving means. Thus, hunting is eliminated, and the mixed hot water temperature becomes equal to the setting temperature and is stabilized.
