Abstract:
To provide a permeability imparting agent which can achieve both repeated water permeability and antistatic properties.SOLUTION: A permeability imparting agent for fibers contains a nonionic surface active agent (A) having an amide group and an alkylene oxide adduct (B) of a polyvalent active hydrogen compound represented by the following general formula (1), wherein a content of the nonionic surface active agent (A) having the amide group is 8-50 wt.%, and a content of the alkylene oxide adduct (B) of the polyvalent active hydrogen compound represented by the following general formula (1) is 20-80 wt.%, based on a weight of a nonvolatile component in the permeability imparting agent.
