PURPOSE: To obtain a pollutant removing agent which prevents water pollution without weakening the effect of sprinkled agricultural chemicals by mixing specified carbide powders with ash of plants and river sand and burning the mixture.

CONSTITUTION: About 60% carbide powder made from a broadleaf tree such as a Japanese oak or a Japanese chestnut is mixed with 10-15% each of carbide powder made from chemical synthetic rubber, river sand and ash of weeds and the mixture is burned at about 250°C to obtain the title water pollutant removing agent as black powder.
