Title:
WATER-PUMPING UP METHOD IN BUILDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218517
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To lessen the ratio of a part occupied by lifting pipes to an area occupied by a shaft, by a method wherein the lifting pipes through which water is pumped-up to a plurality of water tanks are not separately raised but are collectively raised and water-pumping up systems are reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lifting pipes 5 on the side of a water reservoir 1, in the midway parts of which pipes pumps with different heads are separately placed, are connected to a single header 6 and a plurality of water-pumping up systems passing through the lifting pipes 5 from the water reservoir 1 are integrated with the header 6. Lifting branch pipes 91, 92, 93, 94, which correspond respectively to water tanks 21, 22, 23, 24, branching from a single lifting main pipe 8 connected to the header 6 and riser therefrom are connected to these water tanks, a control valve 10 is placed on the midway part of each of these lifting branch pipes, and either of pumps 71, 72, which has the head meeting the water tank requiring pumping-up, is started and water is pumped up. The control valve 10 performs the operation of opening until a waterlevel preset for the water tank to which the lifting branch pipe is connected is secured.
