Abstract:

To provide a superwater repellant thermally conductive structure for a heat exchanger having an excellent heat exchange efficiency and an excellent durability.

The high heat exchange efficiency is realized, and a long-term durability is realized by obstructing a generation of a water film and a deposition of an adhered organism by a synergistic effect of an improvement, in a water repellency based on a fractal theory and a formation of a water repellant treating film 23 having a thickness of 100 nm or less and a contact angle of 100° or more on a surface of a material 23 having a thermal conductivity of a heat transfer coefficient of 0.051 cal/cm.degree or more.
