Abstract:
To provide a water-repellent member having excellent antifouling performance and collection performance of moisture in the atmosphere by forming a water-repellent film which has improved water repellency and can remove fine droplets by preventing static charge.
In the water-repellent member having the water-repellent film which contains carbon nanoparticles in a fluororesin and is formed on the surface of a base material, a mass ratio of the carbon nanoparticles to the fluororesin is ≥1, the average particle diameter of a primary particle or a primary aggregated particle of the carbon nanoparticle is ≤100 nm and the carbon nanoparticles are aggregated to form a conductive path.
