Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and reliable operation in case of flood by reducing the decision error of a discharge quantity.
SOLUTION: A pre-discharge operation, a flood operation, an abnormal flood operation, and a post discharge operation are conducted by opening a gate based on individual discharge function equations. A series of gate opening/ closing actions from the discharge start to the end of stored water are determined with the water level of a reservoir used as basic information.
