To provide a water-shielding sheet for construction work having excellent flexibility, workability and heat-sealability.

The objective sheet is made of a copolymer having a density of 0.86-0.88g/cm3, a melt index of 0.5-5 and an Mw/Mn ratio of 1.5-5 (Mw is weight-average molecular weight and Mn is number-average molecular weight), composed of ethylene and a 3-12C α-olefin and produced by using a metallocene catalyst. The sheet further contains 1-20 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 1-20μm.
