Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a napkin which can be discarded flowed with flushing water after use, by making all of inside Japanese paper, water absorbing, waterproof, and outside Japanese paper layers to constitute the napkin to be water soluble and disaggregating after use.
SOLUTION: An inside Japanese paper layer 2 of this water soluble napkin is formed with water disaggregating Japanese paper, a water absorbing layer 3 sid formed by arranging finely divided cotton to be overlapped on the inside Japanese paper layer 2 into a sheet, a waterproof layer 4 is formed into a sheet which contains a main component of hydrocarbon to be overlapped on the water absorbing layer 3, and an outside Japanese paper layer 5 is formed with water disaggregating Japanese paper to be overlapped on the waterproof layer 4. Finely divided cotton is roasted by heating, the roasted cotton is formed into a large number of compressed chips 3a, a large number chips 3a are arranged into a sheet and two sheets are set in two steps to make the water absorbing layer 3. The waterproof layer 4 is made by laminating a large number of superthin sheets 4a which are made by mixing crude fat, protein, and mineral components into the main component of hydrocarbon and drying.
