Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the elusion of cobalt, improve the efficiency of works and protect cemented carbides in cutting and grinding works using cemented carbide tools and in works for cutting and grinding the cemented carbides.
CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble oil for cutting and grinding cemented carbides contains one kind or more of alcohol amines or alkyl amines of formulas: R2 (Me Et Bu)NC2H4OH, HN(C3H6OH)2, (CH3)2NC3H6OH, C6H11N(C2H4OH)2, C6H11NH2, C6H5N(C2H4OH)2, etc.
