To provide a simple-structured water spouting device without requiring a power supply or a pump, capable of enhancing the massage effect, washing effect and water saving effect in spouting a relatively small quantity of water and facilitating the blood circulation of a user by softening spouted water.
The water spouting device comprises a container 3 in which a sealed space can be formed, a water passage 11 one end of which can communicate with the sealed space and the other end of which can communicated with the outside of the sealed space, and an open/close valve 12 for opening/closing the water passage 11. Liquid 2 pressurized by gas reserved in the sealed space 6 is spouted from the other end of the water passage 11. The water passage 11 has a gas/liquid separating means 15 for increasing the rate of inclusion of bubbles in the liquid, and a variation means 16 for varying the area of passage of the water passage 11 and varying the quantity of the spouted liquid.
