Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sprinkler with which a wide monitor area can be covered as a whole with one water sprinkler gun.
SOLUTION: At ordinary time, a plunger 25 of a motor-driven cylinder 24 is contracted, piping for connection is turned around a perpendicular axis together with an arm 22 for reinforce and a water sprinkler gun 30 by a rotary joint, the arm 22 for reinforce is engaged with a 2nd lock plate and the water sprinkler gun 30 is housed in a housing chamber 12. When a fire is generated, the plunger 25 of the motor-driven cylinder 24 is elongated, the piping for connection is turned around the perpendicular axis together with the water sprinkler gun 30, and the arm 22 for reinforce is engaged with a 1st lock plate. Thus, water is sprinkled while holding the water sprinkler gun 30 at the position protruded from the housing chamber 12 to the monitor area side in a dust pit.
