Abstract:
PURPOSE: To conduct building economically by dividing the inside of a water storage tank into plural tanks by means of a partition consisting of the wall of a plane circular arc shape whose both side end edges are joined onto the side wall inner surface of a tank main body and whose lower end surface is joined onto the bottom surface of the main body.
CONSTITUTION: A circular arclike partition 11 is arranged in the circular tank main body 10 of a water storage tank, and the rigid joining of both side end edges of the circular arclike partition 11 and the inner surface of the annular side wall 3 of the tank main body 10 is conducted by means of welding, or watertight joining is conducted by means of a joint consisting of a sheetlike matter that can be deformed flexibly. Also, the rigid joining of the lower end surface of the circular arclike partition 11 and the bottom surface 8 of the tank main body 10 is conducted by means of welding, and the main body 10 is divided into two tanks A, B. Accordingly, in a case in which the water of one tank is discharged and the inside of the other tank is put into a filled-up water state, even if large water pressure is added to the circular arclike partition 11, it can withstand the pressure sufficiently, and its thickness can be thinned in comparison with a linear partition.
