To provide a water supply controller capable of satisfactorily ensuring water level control of a nuclear reactor upon transition of a change in a nuclear reactor output even when the change is produced.
A flow rate controller control constant alteration part 6 inputs a water level deviation ΔH being an input signal of a main controller 3, a flow rate deviation ΔQ being a deviation between a water supply instruction Qr and a supply water flow rate Q, a selective control rod insertion signal SRI, a trip signal Tr of a recirculation pump, a run-back signal B of the recirculation pump, and the operation number Pn of water supply pumps 5, and judges, based upon any one or two sets of these signals, whether or not the control becomes a transient operation state where a nuclear reactor water level might reach a low water level setting or high water level setting. When the alteration part 6 judges that the control would become such transient operation state, it outputs a control constant suitable for such transient operation state to alter a control constant of the flow rate controller 4.
