To provide a water supply and discharge generation system capable of enhancing the generation quantity of a generator to a maximum and effectively distributing the generated power.
This water supply and discharge generator 110 has a water supplying cylinder 1 having inflow and outflow ports of water and a connecting port not shown for connecting a body housing described below; a connecting ring 2 provided on the connecting port of the cylinder 1, which is fixed after the connection with the body housing; a seal ring 3 for preventing the leak from the cylinder 1; a hydraulic turbine 4 for converting the force of water flow to a rotating force; and an electromagnet 12 arranged on the upper part of the cylinder 1 with a distance magnetically connectable to a blade 5 in no contact. The electromagnet 12 is water-proofed by a waterproof cover 12a.
