To introduce purified water in from a main system, a main- system introducing flow rate control means 52 fully opens an interdicting valve 7. Then the purified water from a purification plant is sent out by a pump 2 through a pipe 3. This purified water after passing through a flow meter 4 is separated to pipes 5 are 6 and introduced to the 1st water supply place A and the 2nd water supply place B through introducing valves 7 and 9. Then the main-system introducing flow rate control means 52 inputs respective detection signals from the flow meters 4 and 8 and water level gages 15 and 16, calculates an introducing flow rate command Q2SV of the 2nd water supply place B, ad controls the opening extent of the introducing valve 9 to consider the Q2SV as a target value.
